How can I change my Chamber of Commerce address?
Changing your Chamber of Commerce address is easy to do online yourself with this step-by-step guide.
1. Click the link to go to the website of the Chamber of Commerce: change KvK address.
2. Click on “Change address and contact details.”
3. Indicate that you want to change your business address.
4. Enter the new address.
5. Do you want your mailing address to be changed to the new business address as well? Select “Yes.”
6. For the question “Is the new business address also the private address of a registered officer?”, select “No.”
7. You will be asked to upload a supporting document. This must be the Flexado service agreement.
8. Choose the date on which the change will take effect.
9. Sign the change request.
10. Upload the service agreement you received from Flexado.
11. Are you signing this request yourself? Select “Yes” or “No.”
12. If “Yes”: enter your details. If “No”: enter the details of the authorized signatory.
13. Confirm your agreement and your address will be changed.
